Update 1 brought Muay Thai to Bizarre Lineage, and it is easily one of the coolest fighting styles available right now. You cannot just buy it and walk away, though. Earning the Art of 8 Limbs requires a decent chunk of grinding, completing world events, and surviving a boss fight. Let us break down exactly how to get through this questline without wasting your time.
Where to Find Rodtang
You need to track down Rodtang the Iron Man to get this whole thing started. Head over to Bus Stop 2 and cross the street. You will spot him standing right near the Yakuza NPC spawns and Zuleima. Before you even talk to him, make sure you have exactly $100 in your virtual wallet. If you are broke, run over to the Rahaj NPC across from Bus Stop 1 and sell off some spare items. Having the cash ready means you skip annoying backtracking and jump right into the action.
The Combat Grind Breakdown
The questline has seven stages in total. The first stage is literally just handing over your $100 entry fee. Stage two is where the real work begins. You have to hunt down specific mobs across three different locations. Let me show you exactly what you are up against.
| Target NPC | Amount Needed | Enemy Level | Spawn Location |
| Boxer | 7 | 20 | Second floor of the Bizarre Gym near Bus Stop 2 |
| Cyborg | 7 | 22 | Near the Rudol von Stroheim NPC at Bus Stop 3 |
| Samurai Master | 7 | 50 | In front of the Kame Yu Shop at Bus Stop 4 |
I highly recommend taking these enemies out in that exact order. The Boxers are right across the street from Rodtang, so that makes for an easy warm-up. The Cyborgs are barely a step up in difficulty. The Samurai Masters are the massive roadblock here. They sit at a terrifying level 50, and they will absolutely wreck you if you show up underleveled.
If those Samurai Masters keep wiping the floor with you, your Stand might be the actual problem. Take a quick detour and read through my Bizarre Lineage Tier List to see if you are using a top tier power or complete garbage. Once your build is sorted out, taking down the Samurai Masters becomes a lot more manageable.
Tackling the World Events
After you clear all 21 enemies, head back and talk to Rodtang. That automatically finishes stage three without any extra effort. Stage four is easily the most annoying part of the whole process because it heavily relies on a timer. You have to complete three World Events. These events spawn roughly every 15 minutes at Morioh Station right near Bus Stop 1.
You want to aim for the Graveyard event because it requires zero extra players to start. The Deathmatch event needs a minimum of four players. If your server is completely dead, you will be sitting there waiting forever. Do yourself a massive favor and server hop until you find a populated lobby. Once you finish your three events, go talk to Rodtang again to instantly clear stage five.
The Final Duel Against Rodtang
Stage six throws you into a one-on-one boss duel against Rodtang himself. The game slaps an intimidating level 50 tag on him, but honestly, this fight is way easier than the Samurai Masters you already survived. Just bring your best Stand, stay light on your feet, and punish his openings. Do not get greedy with your combos and you will take him down fast.
Once you beat him into the dirt, talk to him one final time for stage seven. He hands over the Piercing Blows move as a sweet little bonus, and you officially unlock the Muay Thai fighting style.
