007 First Light Guide: How to Steal ID Bracelets for Bond and Isola

Execute the Perfect Distraction and Complete the Knock Knock Challenge

Quick Answer: Snagging both disguises for the cable car requires a bit of gadget work. Distract the Lounge guards to pickpocket Isola’s ID from a sleeping woman. To get Bond’s pass, stalk the HR Manager, orchestrate a fiery distraction to steal his phone, and finally kick a restroom door open to knock out Somerset, which also unlocks the Knock Knock Challenge.

Waltzing through the front doors of a highly secure compound is infinitely easier when you actually look like you belong there. During the Wave of the Future mission, you are tasked with reaching a specific cable car. The catch is that both you and Isola need valid ID Bracelets to get through the security checkpoints.

Instead of aimlessly wandering the corridors and inevitably triggering an alarm, you can wrap this objective up cleanly and secure a fun bonus challenge along the way. Grab your Q Watch and get ready to commit some tactical identity theft.

Lifting Isola’s Bracelet

Your first target is surprisingly easy to find, but the local security makes grabbing it a bit tricky.

Right after finishing your conversation with Isola, walk up the stairs toward the main lobby and immediately hang a left. This takes you directly into the Lounge. Look around and you will spot a woman sound asleep in one of the chairs. She is wearing the first ID Bracelet. Unfortunately, two fully awake guards are actively patrolling the room.

Do not attempt a brazen snatch and grab. You need to manipulate their patrol routes first.

  • Look at the corners of the Lounge to find scattered laptops and tablets.
  • Use your Q Watch to remotely trigger one of these devices.
  • Wait until both guards physically turn their backs to investigate the electronic noise.
  • Sprint over to the sleeping woman, pickpocket the bracelet, and sneak out before the guards reset their patrol.

Tracking Down Bond’s Disguise

Getting your own wristwear involves a bit more effort. It requires tracking an oblivious employee, creating a hazard, and physically assaulting a man with a door.

Stalking the HR Manager

Head past the main reception desk until you spot the HR Manager having a conversation near the restrooms. Stand nearby and eavesdrop until he finally stops talking. Whip out your Q Watch and initiate a hack on his phone.

He will start walking outside toward the helipad area. Follow him closely. Your remote hack is scripted to fail halfway through the process, which means you are going to have to steal the physical device from his pockets.

Executing the Perfect Distraction

You cannot just bump into him and steal the phone while he is fully alert. You need to create a chaotic distraction. Follow this exact sequence to pull it off without getting caught.

StepAction RequiredLocation
1Snatch the lighter resting on the bench.Helipad Area
2Head back inside, stick to the left, and vault into the tall grass.Reception Area
3Sneak over to the trash can and use the lighter to ignite a fire.Reception Grass Area
4Hack the nearby laptop to distract the woman watching the scene.Reception Right Side
5Pickpocket the HR Manager while he is distracted by the flames.Near the trash can

Once you successfully swipe the phone, the intel will reveal that your actual target, a guy named Somerset, is hiding in the restroom on the right side of the building.

The Knock Knock Challenge

Walk directly over to the designated restroom. The door is shut tight, but you can interact with it to strike up a conversation with Somerset. It absolutely does not matter which dialogue prompt you select here. The only goal is to get him standing right on the other side of the door.

Once he starts speaking, walk right up to the wood and press your prompt (Square on PlayStation, X on Xbox) to aggressively kick the door open.

The door will slam directly into Somerset’s face, knocking him completely unconscious. Walk over his body, loot your ID Bracelet, and the game will instantly reward you with the Knock Knock Challenge completion. With both disguises secured, you are completely clear to stroll right onto the cable car.
