Gecko Gods 100% Completion Guide: All Achievements and Relics

Unlock all 17 achievements and track down every hidden Relic with this complete roadmap to a stress-free platinum

A Stress-Free Path to 100% in Gecko Gods

Getting full completion in Gecko Gods is honestly a breeze compared to most games dropping right now. Developer Inresin crafted a genuinely cozy puzzle platformer where you don’t have to stress about a single missable item. You can expect to spend about five hours grabbing all 17 achievements, and since the world stays open after the credits roll, you can clean up anything you missed at your own pace.

While the game is forgiving, knowing where the 28 Relics are hidden before you start your run will save you some serious backtracking. Let’s break down exactly what you need to do to grab that platinum without wasting your weekend.

Story Achievements You Cannot Miss

You get the bulk of the achievements just by playing the main campaign. There are 11 of these, and they unlock automatically as you clear temples and wake the gods. You literally cannot miss them, so just enjoy the journey.

The Explorer Grind and Essential Guides

Outside of the story, you have three miscellaneous achievements to look out for.

First up is “Explorer!” which asks you to step foot on all 10 islands. The archipelago includes the River Temple, Singing Peaks, Sailing Isle, Ancient Hill, Great Desert, The Volcano, and 4 Tiny Islands. There is a catch here: the achievement will not pop until you actually open the in-game Guide menu after visiting your final island. Open it immediately so you don’t panic thinking the game bugged out.

Next is “Money Machine,” requiring you to collect 10,000 Gems. This tracks cumulatively across multiple saves, so just smash every vase you see and you’ll hit it eventually without any sweaty grinding. Finally, “Completionist” unlocks automatically once you bag everything else.

Tracking Down All 28 Relics

Relics are your main collectible challenge. Unlike the insects that randomly respawn to fill your stamina bar, there are exactly 28 Relics hidden in very specific optional areas. You’ll often have to solve a side puzzle or find a hidden lever to reach them.

Eat every insect you see while exploring to naturally unlock the “Big Lunch” achievement. Combine that with grabbing all 28 Relics, and you’ll earn the coveted “Hoarder” trophy. Here is exactly where to find every Relic to complete your collection.
