Sailor Piece Sea 2 Guide: How to Get Past the World Island Door
Stop Wasting Time: The Fastest Way to Unlock Sea 2

Sea 2 finally dropped for Sailor Piece, and it completely changes the game. We are talking about a massive level cap bump to 16,000, brand new islands, and some incredibly strong weapons. But you do not just spawn into this new area. You have to earn your way in by finishing a specific two part quest. If you are stuck wondering why the door will not open, I have the exact steps you need to take.
Starting the Sea 2 Quest
Your first move is to head straight to World Island. Look around for an NPC named the Sea Traveler and interact with them to kick things off. There is a catch here that trips a lot of people up. You cannot have any other active quests running when you speak to this NPC. Clear your current quest log first, then talk to the Sea Traveler.
The Two Major Tasks
You have to juggle two different objectives to get this done. Both are required, and neither is particularly quick if you do not know what you are doing.
For the first task, you are looking for two Ancient Fragments. These items spawn at fixed locations across the Sea 1 islands. The timer is pretty brutal. A fragment spawns every minute and thirty seconds, but it completely despawns after five minutes if nobody grabs it. Sitting in one spot and praying for a drop is a huge waste of time. You need to map out a route and keep moving between the known spawn points.
If you are also grinding other games right now and need a break from fragment hunting, you should check out my other Roblox and gaming guides to optimize your builds across the board.
The second task is all about map reconstruction. You need to collect five map pieces, which only drop from specific world bosses in Sea 1. Here is the annoying part. The bosses that drop these pieces are totally randomized for every single player account. You cannot just copy a friend’s farming route. You will actually have to test different Sea 1 boss encounters until you figure out which ones drop the map pieces for your specific character.
Entering Sea 2
Once you knock out both tasks, the game is supposed to give you a completion notification. However, a lot of players are running into a glitch where the notification never pops up. Do not freak out if this happens. Just teleport back to World Island and walk right up to the Sea 2 door. The door checks your background quest progress on its own, so it will let you through regardless of the broken notification.
What to Expect in the Sea 2 Update
Opening that door is completely worth the headache. The devs packed a ridiculous amount of content into this update. Here is a breakdown of what you unlock.
New Weapons and Islands
You get four new weapons to grind for, following the usual pattern of killing new bosses to farm their materials. The map also expands significantly.
| Category | New Additions |
| Melee Weapons | Cosmic Being, The World |
| Swords | Dragon Goddess, Great Mage |
| Islands | World Island, Sea 1 Island, Sea 2 Island, Easter Island |
Game Changing Mechanics
Sea 2 introduces Relics. These are a brand new equipment type you craft by talking to the Relic Crafter NPC. You will need Relic Parts to make them, and those only drop from Sea 2 enemies at a painfully low rate. You will definitely be grinding for a while to get a good setup.
Guilds are finally accessible once you reach the second sea. You can also start working on Bloodlines by taking down NPCs in the area to collect Bloodline Stones. If you feel brave, you can try hunting the new Sea Beasts. The Kraken and the Sea Serpent are roaming the waters, but you should probably get closer to the new 16,000 level cap before picking a fight with them. Your bounty cap also shoots up to a massive 50 million.
If you are playing during the launch window, you can also jump into the limited Easter Event on Easter Island. Finishing the questline gives you access to a special shop for exclusive event upgrades.
