Neverness to Everness Guide: How to Beat Serenetti
Master Critical Dodges and Exploit Incantation Weaknesses to Crush Serenetti

Quick Answer: Unlock the Serenetti boss fight by completing the “Where Worlds Sprout, Fall Unfolds” Spinoff. Build a team around Incantation damage to exploit its only weakness. During the fight, forget about parrying, rely entirely on Critical Dodges and play defensively when the boss hits 50% HP and unleashes its AoE aggression spike.
Finding and Unlocking the Boss
You cannot just walk up to Serenetti and start swinging. The game locks this Anomaly Hunt behind a specific questline. You must complete the “Where Worlds Sprout, Fall Unfolds” Spinoff first. Check your Appraiser’s Quest screen to get it started.
Once the Spinoff is done, head over to Serenetti Manor in the Unheard Shores district. The actual entrance to the greenhouse arena is incredibly easy to miss. Do not just walk through the main doors. Look for an obscure hallway tucked to the left of the ticket booth. That corridor leads directly to the projection room where the encounter begins.
Best Teams to Melt Serenetti
Serenetti has exactly one weakness and absolutely zero resistances. It takes massive damage from Incantation attacks. Every good team comp for this fight revolves around exploiting that singular flaw.
If you just finished mastering parry timings using our How to Beat Sea Prisoner guide, you need to completely rewrite your muscle memory and team structure here.
Here are the two most effective rosters to bring into the greenhouse:

The Discord Setup
This team melts the boss’s Break gauge incredibly fast. Pairing Incantation with Chaos triggers the Scorch Esper Cycle for damage over time. Adding a Psyche unit like Fadia activates the Discord Esper Cycle, completely shredding Serenetti’s defenses.
- Main DPS: Baicang
- Sub DPS: Daffodill
- Support: Sakiri
- Support: Fadia
Nanally Hypercarry
Don’t want to run the Discord setup? Build around the Hexed Esper Cycle instead. Mixing Incantation and Anima deals an extra 20% damage of whichever element hit the boss last. Nanally acts as your primary damage engine while Jiuyuan keeps the Anima application rolling.
- Main DPS: Nanally
- Sub DPS: Jiuyuan
- Support: Sakiri
- Support: Adler
Boss Fight Strategy and Phase Mechanics
Phase 1: Dodge, Don’t Parry
Forget your parry button. Serenetti strings together massive, multi-hit attack sequences that will severely punish you if you try to parry them.
Instead, watch its movements carefully and focus on timing your dodges. You want to trigger Critical Dodges. This opens up a Critical Riposte window, which serves as your primary way to deal massive burst damage during the first half of the fight.
Phase 2: The 50% HP Aggression Spike
The moment Serenetti hits 50% health, the entire tempo of the fight changes. A bunch of speech bubbles will burst around the boss, signaling its phase transition.
Things get chaotic instantly:
- Attack patterns become completely erratic.
- The boss unleashes massive AoE fusillades.
- It starts healing itself, though the amount is thankfully minor.
Play completely defensively here. Do not try to out-damage this aggression spike. The AoE patterns are wildly unpredictable, and taking unnecessary hits will ruin your run faster than playing it safe. Wait out the tantrum, let the boss settle down, and then resume your normal damage rotation.
Serenetti Loot Table
Taking down this boss is the premier way to farm Confessional Flower Seeds. Here is exactly what drops when you clear the fight:
| Reward | Amount |
| Hunter EXP | 300 |
| Beetle Coin | 6,000 |
| Confessional Flower Seed | 4 |
